Abstract & Poster Submission Guidelines

📋 Abstract Submission Guidelines

Researchers, academicians, practitioners, policymakers, farmers, and students are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations at KAbCon 2025.

  • All abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented.
  • Each participant may submit one abstract only.
  • At least one author must be registered for the conference.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.

📝 Format & Structure

  • Language: English only
  • Word Limit: Up to 300 words
  • File Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing

📑 Required Sections

  • Title: Clear and concise (max. 20 words)
  • Authors: Full names with superscript for affiliations
  • Affiliations: Institutional details
  • Corresponding Author: Email and phone number
  • Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords
  • Body: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion

🖼️ Poster Presentation Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to ensure your poster is impactful and effective during KAbCon 2025.

  • Posters should be self-explanatory and allow independent viewing.
  • Authors should be available during dedicated poster sessions for discussion.

📐 Format & Design

  • Poster Size: A0 (84 × 119 cm / 33 × 47 inches), single sheet
  • Font: Times New Roman (consistent font sizes)
  • Text Highlights: Use italics, underline, or bold (max two combinations)

🧩 Poster Structure (Suggested Sections)

  • Abstract Number: Top-left corner
  • Poster Title: Large, visible from 2 meters
  • Authors & Affiliations: Center aligned
  • Sections:
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results and Discussion
    • Tables and Figures (titles above)
    • Conclusion
    • References
    • Acknowledgment (optional)

🏆 Best Poster Awards

Best Poster Awards will be presented to the most outstanding posters based on design, clarity, scientific content, and presentation skills. Winners will receive a Certificate of Merit.
