Welcome to the official website for the International Conference on Community Agrobiodiversity Management (KAbCon 2025). By accessing this website and registering for the conference, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the conference organized jointly by the Kerala State Biodiversity Board (KSBB) and Kerala Agricultural University.

2Registration and Acceptance
By completing the registration process and making payment, you acknowledge that:

3Registration Fees
Conference registration fees are as determined by the organizing committee and published on the website. The fees include:

- Conference materials and documentation
- Refreshments during scheduled breaks
- Certificate of participation
Please note: Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel expenses, or meals unless explicitly stated. All fees are subject to applicable taxes and payment gateway charges.
4Payment Terms
- All payments must be made through the secure payment gateway provided on this website.
- Registration will be confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Payment gateway charges, GST, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify registration fees at any time prior to your registration.
- Participants are responsible for any currency conversion charges or international transaction fees.
5Abstract Submission
For participants submitting abstracts:
- Abstracts must be submitted by the deadline of October 31, 2025.
- All abstracts must be original work and not published elsewhere.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
- By submitting an abstract, you grant KAbCon 2025 the right to publish it in conference proceedings or materials.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their submitted work.
- Plagiarism or unethical practices may result in rejection and potential ban from future conferences.
6Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kerala State Biodiversity Board, Kerala Agricultural University, or their content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.
- Conference presentations, materials, and recordings may not be shared, distributed, or published without explicit consent.
- Participants retain copyright to their own submitted abstracts and presentations but grant the conference limited license for publication.
7Photography and Recording
By attending KAbCon 2025, you consent to:
- Being photographed, videographed, or recorded during conference sessions and events.
- Use of your name, image, likeness, and voice in conference promotional materials, publications, and social media.
- Recording by organizers for archival or educational purposes.
Participants may not record sessions without explicit permission from presenters and organizers.
8Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Treat all attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff with respect and professionalism.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind.
- Comply with all venue rules and regulations.
- Not engage in commercial solicitation without prior authorization.
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality of presented materials.
The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.
9Conference Changes and Cancellation
The organizing committee reserves the right to:
- Modify the conference program, schedule, speakers, or venue at any time.
- Cancel, postpone, or reschedule the conference due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
- Substitute speakers or change session formats if necessary.
- Limit or refuse registration at their discretion.
In case of conference cancellation, participants will be notified promptly and refund policies will apply as stated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
10Liability and Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The organizing committee is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred by participants before, during, or after the conference.
- Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The organizers are not responsible for travel delays, accommodation issues, or other third-party services.
- The website and conference materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- The organizers are not liable for any technical issues, website downtime, or payment gateway problems.
11Personal Data and Privacy

12Certificates and Credentials
- Certificates of participation will be issued only to registered participants who attend the conference.

- Duplicate certificates may be issued for a nominal fee in case of loss.
- The organizing committee will not issue certificates to participants who violate the code of conduct or conference rules.

By registering for KAbCon 2025, you agree to receive communications from the organizing committee including:
